Down Town Seattle Day

Every December a group of my friends get together and we travel around Down Town Seattle.
We go lots of fun places and do lots of fun things.
The pictures are a bit scrambled up, but first we parked and walked to the Center House to look at the large train set. It was beautiful, as always. There was a choir singing, and it was very peaceful.
Then we met up with another group of friends and we rode the monorail to West Lake Center. From there we went to the carousel, and rode the horses. Then the girls went to Sephora but it was hot and stinky so I left soon. Then we went to the corner of Macy's to see the small window train set. On the way there we stopped to see Santa through the window. Then we FINALLY went back to the West Lake Center for foooooood.
After that we went to the Teddy bear suite. One of my favorites! It is a hotel room in the Fairmont Olympic. They make it very pretty and fill it with teddy bears!! It is so peaceful, especially when it is not packed  with people.
Then we went to Starbucks for yummy treats, and then we went to our last stop. To see the ginger bread houses at the Sheraton hotel. After that it was back to the monorail and home. It was a fun day, but a bit exhausting.
This guy was in a tent near Sephora. I call him Phil.

The monorail is one of my favorite parts. The view is beautiful!

This is the outside of the parking garage.

The train set at the Center House.

Suuuper bad lighting, but the choir singing at the Center House.

Off to the monorail with my crazy, awesome friends.

I am a teenage girl, I am obviously going to take a pic of my shoes.

Santa, sister selfies!

Train set at Macy's

The carousel had a grumpy lady working at it, but we had fun anyway.

The star at Macy's was extremely hard to get a good picture, so I settled with this.

You have no idea how bad I wanted to climb on this. But I resisted, for I probably would've crushed the little kid's fingers.

This star was in the tent along with Phil.

Sarah siting in the incredibly comfortable wood seat.

I told her to pretend she was friends with the teddy bear.....

This cracked me up X'D

The guard outside the Fairmont.

These poor dogs dressed in Christmas doggy apparel inside the Fairmont.

The one gingerbread house at the Fairmont.

The adorable girl getting her picture taken... by more people than she knows.

Leaving

When in Seattle, you don't simply forget to take a picture of the Space Needle. Even if it makes you look like a tourist in your own city.

Bye Santa!

Oh I love my sister.

More Fairmont.

Window set of more teddy bears. Apparently they are popular here. I have NO problem with that.
